Zack visits Ashbrow Infants

KAL mascot Zack took time out of his busy schedule on Friday 26^th February to visit Ashbrow Infants along with SSCo Danny Hermann. The visit was to celebrate the success of the school in offering 120mins of High Quality PE and sport to all their children and to present them with their award.  Mr Hermann spoke to the children and their Parents about the benefits of PE and sport and how it can help contribute to a well balanced healthy lifestyle.  Gareth Watson from KAL also spoke at the assembly giving parents and children information about the more card and other clubs/events that are taking place in our area.  It was Zack however who stole the show, though one 6 year old boy told Head Teacher Mrs Plant he knew Zack wasn’t real as he hadn’t blinked during the whole assembly.
